I have used another company previously (Col Smith) who were ok until I placed the order, but when I phoned regarding advice to remove marks on some of the paving stones they were not only unhelpful but quite rude as well.Have just completed (via a contractor) a large garden project using travertine tiles. The product was of very high quality and much lower in price than that quoted by other suppliers. Delivered promptly to a schedule as required by the project – important if storage space is limited. Staff very helpful – easy to contact and experienced.
I have had an excellent experience with Stone & Slate Discounts. We ordered 45m squared of their Ivory travertine. We got a sample before ordering and the quality of the stone is excellent and half the price of the other suppliers on the internet and in Melbourne.
The stone arrive on time, emails and phone calls answered immediately and the delivery driver was on time, polite and extremely helpful.
I cannot fault Stone & Slate Discounts. I can see some of the negative reviews below and hope to add a bit of balance. I would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to a friend as we saved a ridiculous amount of money.
